As a resident of Avenir, I created this site to celebrate the beauty, vibrancy, and unique spirit of our community—both for current neighbors and for those considering making Avenir their future home.
This is an independent, resident-driven space and is not affiliated with any builders, developers, or official stakeholders—though we’ve had the pleasure of meeting a few. The perspectives shared here are entirely my own. I strive to keep everything fair, honest, and focused on the best interests of fellow residents.
My husband and I, like many here, are transplants. Before Avenir, we spent five years in Flagler Beach, renting a charming home with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean as our daily backdrop. But while the scenery was idyllic, the sense of community we longed for was missing. We craved more connection—more energy, more like-minded neighbors, and more opportunities to be part of something vibrant.
That desire led us here to Avenir, and ultimately inspired the creation of this site. What began as a personal passion project has grown into a curated digital space where lifestyle, connection, and local insight come together. With my husband’s moral support behind the scenes, this platform reflects our shared appreciation for everything Avenir offers—and our hope to help others feel at home here too.
